Our Delivery Policy

Australian Bridal uses TNT Express within Australia and will deliver according to TNT Express conditons in Australia.

• Delivery time frame within Australia is not guaranteed and subject to TNT Express schedules.

• If your delivery is urgent please call Australian Bridal on 02 6622 8028 for advice on delivery availability.

We currently only deliver within Australian

Regular Deliveries: This service is dependant on availability of items and your location. Generally, locations close or in major cities are delivered have quicker turn-around times, while remote locations will take longer. Once you have placed your order we will notify you of an expected delivery date BEFORE processing your payment.

Insurance

Delivery Insurance is included in the cost price of each item.

Refunds
If you are not happy with the quality of an item purchased from our site simply return your purchase in its original condition and packaging together with the invoice within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less our original frieght and insurance costs. This return guarantee does not apply if you have simply changed your mind or if your circumstances have changed. It is intended to guarantee the quality of our products which we stand by. Please note refunds will not be given for items that show any signs whatsoever of having been worn, or are not in their original condition and packaging.

Method of Refund
Australian Bridal will refund moneys in the same way as they were paid to us after the goods are received and checked (around 3 business days).

How to make a return
Email your invoice number to info@australianbridal.com.au asking for a return authority number and giving us the reason for the return. We will then email you the return authorisation number which is required to accompany the return.
All we ask is that you return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We recommend you send the goods by TNT Express and insured as we are do not accept responsible for the goods until we have received them.

Due to the many variables that influence shipping, delivery times are consistent, but cannot be guaranteed. Australian Bridal Creations accepts no responsibility for losses due to delays in shipping. It is recommended you order well in advance of your event date.
